I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were so cozy and had everything we needed, from a kitchenette with a microwave to a TV with streaming services. The private garden was a lovely touch. The front desk staff were amazing, especially the one who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The only downside was feeling a bit unwelcome during early morning business meetings. The location was nice, not right in the center but close enough to be convenient. The dining options were good, although I wish there were more hot food choices. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and comfortable rooms.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were freshly renovated and clean, with a pleasant landscaped garden outside and comfortable beds. The views from the balcony were wonderful. The staff were very helpful, especially the member at the front desk who provided us with a map and recommended plenty of restaurants and activities in the city. Despite this, I was disappointed that our early morning business meetings seemed to make us unwelcome. Overall, the service was friendly and the reception staff were both helpful and went the extra mile. The hotel's location, though slightly out of the town center, was close to everything in Cairns, perfect for exploring the city and accessing transport links. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the dining experience as I felt hot food should have been included, even though many options were available. The facilities were great, but the dining could have been better. On the plus side, the hotel is close to the esplanade, making it fitting for a tropical stay.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms offered wonderful views of the front garden from the balcony and were kept very clean. The easy access to the center-park and the pleasant landscaped garden outside made my experience even more enjoyable. However, being on the ground level meant a bit more noise at times, but the overall stay was fantastic.
